Our refund policy lasts 14 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, only warranty purchases may request immediate refund, as defective items reported within this period will be ordered a replacement. A full refund cannot be offered to opened humidifiers as it is a safety hazard. However, if the humidifier is defective and let known within the allotted time we will immediately process a replacement. Full refunds can be issued in the form of store credit for unopened humidifiers, upon confirmation of arrival of the humidifier at our headquarters in Miami, FL.

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@PurifyMist.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include videos of the damaged items not functioning properly. This includes a minimum of 20 second video visibly showing humidifier plugged in and being turned on at same time. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item via store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PurifyMist™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PurifyMist™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
